Ingredients
Cassava starch, whole liquid egg, tapioca starch, refined soybean oil, Minas Padrão FM cheese (pasteurized milk, sodium chloride (salt), dairy culture, calcium chloride, rennet, and natamycin preservative), Gouda-type FM cheese (pasteurized milk, dairy culture, sodium chloride (salt), calcium chloride, rennet, and sodium nitrate preservative), whole milk powder, partially demineralized whey powder, refined iodized salt, fermented pasteurized heavy cream (heavy cream and dairy culture).
CONTAINS: EGGS, MILK AND SOY DERIVATIVES. CONTAINS LACTOSE. MAY CONTAIN SULFITE.
Baking Instructions
DIRECTLY FROM FREEZER TO OVEN
ELECTRIC OVEN / CONVENTIONAL OVEN
- Preheat to 180ºC for 15 minutes.
- Place cheese breads on a tray, leaving 2cm of space between them.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- When it’s golden brown, remove it.
AIR FRYER
- Preheat to 160ºC for 3 minutes.
- Place cheese breads in the basket, without stacking (2 cm space).
- Cook for 12 minutes.
- Shake the basket 1 or 2 times for even browning.
- Remove when golden or as preferred.
- Serve immediately.

- Do not use the microwave.

Storage
- Keep frozen at -18ºC to ensure product quality.
