Method of Preparation
Chipa from Forno de Minas is a raw product that requires cooking before consumption. Straight from the freezer to the oven, without thawing.
ELECTRIC OVEN / CONVENTIONAL OVEN
Preheat the oven for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 356ºF.
Arrange the chipas on a greased baking sheet, leaving a space of 1 inch between them.
Bake in the oven for approximately 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven when the chipas are golden brown.
Storage
Keep Frozen (10.4º F or colder)
