Enjoy the authentic taste of Brazil with our traditional Pão de Queijo from Forno de Minas. Made with a generous amount of aged cheese, tapioca starch, and simple ingredients, our Pão de Queijo is certified gluten-free and contains no added sugar. It’s a quick and convenient option—perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients:

Modified tapioca starch, water, egg, minas aged cheese (milk, cultures, salt and enzymes), soybean oil, milk, whey, sour cream and salt.

Contains: milk, egg and soy. GLUTEN FREE

Baking instructions:

STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER TO OVEN OR AIR FRYER

ELETRIC OVEN / CONVENTIONAL OVEN

  1. Preheat oven for 15 minutes to 356°F;

  2. Place the Cheese Rolls 1 inch apart on a baking pan;

  3. Bake the Cheese Rolls for approximately 30 minutes; 

  4. Remove from the oven when the Cheese Rolls are golden.

AIR FRYER

  1. Preheat Air Fryer for 3 minutes to 320°F;

  2. Place the Cheese Rolls 1 inch apart on the Air Fryer ;

  3. Bake the Cheese Rolls for 12 minutes to 320°F ; 

  4. Remove the Cheese Rolls from Air Fryer and serve immediately.

TIPS

  • Do not use microwave;

  • Do not bake in a cold oven, in deregulated oven and in a very hot oven;

  • There are differences between baking the cheese roll on ovens and on Air Fryer, therefore, adjust preparation method to your device;

  • To assure the quality of our products, the packaging that returns to the freezer must be well sealed.

ONCE THAWED DO NOT REFREEZE.
