To think that our story began with this very recipe, which Mrs. Dalva used to bake to welcome the many visitors who came for good conversation and a wonderful cheese bread, always warm and soft!

Method of Preparation

Forno de Minas Cheese Bread is a raw product that requires cooking before consumption. Straight from the freezer to the oven or electric fryer, without thawing.


ELECTRIC OVEN / CONVENTIONAL OVEN

  1. Preheat the oven for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 356°F.

  2. Place the cheese bread on a baking sheet, leaving a space of 1 inch between them.

  3. Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.

  4. Remove from the oven when the cheese bread is golden brown.

ELECTRIC FRYER / AIR FRYER

  1. Preheat the electric Air Fryer for 3 minutes at a temperature of 320°F.

  2. In the Air Fryer basket, maintain a distance of about 1 inch between the cheese bread.

  3. Keep the temperature at 320°F and set the timer for approximately 14 minutes.

  4. Stir the basket once or twice during preparation for a more uniform golden brown.

  5. Remove the cheese bread from the basket when golden brown or according to your preference. Serve immediately.

  • Keep Frozen (10.4º F or colder)
