One day we thought: what if the cheese bread came pre-baked to save time without sacrificing any bit of flavor? It worked!

Method of Preparation

Forno de Minas Cheese Bread goes straight from the freezer to the oven or air fryer — no need to thaw.


CONVENTIONAL OVEN / TOASTER OVEN

  1. Preheat the oven for about 15 minutes at 180 °C (356 °F).
  2. Place the cheese breads on a baking tray, leaving about 3 cm (1.2 in) of space between them.
  3. Bake for approximately 35 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven when the cheese breads are golden brown.


ELECTRIC FRYER / AIR FRYER

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer for 5 minutes at 160 °C (320 °F).
  2. Place the frozen cheese breads in the Air Fryer basket, leaving about 3 cm of space between them.
  3. Set the Air Fryer to 160 °C (320 °F) for 14 minutes.
  4. Shake the basket once or twice during preparation for more even browning.
  5. Remove the cheese breads when they are golden or to your preference. Serve immediately.
Storage
  • Keep Frozen (10.4º F or colder)
