Made with a generous amount of aged cheese, tapioca starch, and simple ingredients, our Pão de Queijo is certified gluten-free and contains no added sugar. It’s a quick and convenient option—perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

Cassava starch, water, egg, cheese, soybean oil, whole milk powder, butter, salt, and whey powder.

CONTAINS: EGG, MILK, AND SOY. GLUTEN-FREE.

Baking instructions

ELECTRIC OVEN/CONVENTIONAL OVEN
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F for about 15 minutes.
2. Place the Cheese Breads on a baking sheet, leaving a 2 cm space between each one.
3. Bake the Cheese Breads for approximately 30 minutes. 4. Remove from the oven when the Cheese Breads are golden brown.

AIR FRYER
1. Preheat the air fryer for about 3 minutes at 160°C.
2. Place the cheese breads in the air fryer, leaving a 2 cm space between each one.
3. Bake the Cheese Breads for 12 minutes at 160°C.
4. Remove the Cheese Breads from the Air Fryer and serve immediately.

Tips

– Do not use a microwave oven.
– Do not bake in: a cold oven, an unregulated oven, or a very hot oven.
– Preparation times depend on the oven and Air Fryer used.
– To guarantee the quality of our products, the packaging that goes back into the freezer must be well sealed.

Storage

Keep frozen. To ensure product quality, keep frozen at -18°C / 0°F or colder. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Frozen product.
