Made with a generous amount of aged cheese, tapioca starch, and simple ingredients, our Pão de Queijo is certified gluten-free and contains no added sugar. It’s a quick and convenient option—perfect for breakfast or a snack.

INGREDIENTS:

Tapioca starch, water, egg, Minas cheese (pasteurized milk, salt, lactic starter culture, calcium chloride, and enzymes), soybean oil, whole milk powder, butter, Parmesan cheese (pasteurized milk, salt, lactic starter culture, calcium chloride, microbial enzymes, and preservative sodium nitrate), salt, and whey powder.

CONTAINS: EGG, MILK, AND SOY.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

From freezer to oven

ELECTRIC / CONVENTIONAL OVEN

  1. Preheat the oven to 356 °F (180 °C) for 15 minutes.
  2. Place the cheese breads on a baking tray, leaving 2 cm (about 1 inch) of space between them.
  3. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  4. Remove when the cheese breads are golden.

AIR FRYER

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 320 °F (160 °C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Place the cheese breads in the Air Fryer, leaving 2 cm (about 1 inch) of space between them.
  3. Bake for 12 minutes at 320 °F (160 °C).
  4. Remove and serve immediately.

TIPS

  • Do not use microwave.
  • Do not bake in: a cold oven, uncalibrated oven, or overheated oven.
  • Cooking times may vary depending on your oven or Air Fryer model.
  • To maintain product quality, reseal packaging tightly before returning to freezer.
