One day we asked ourselves: what if cheese bread came pre-baked, ready to be finished in just minutes—without losing any of its flavor or the texture everyone loves? It worked!

Our pre-baked Pão de Queijo is practical, quick, and just as irresistible as the traditional one. Simply heat and enjoy.

Ingredients

Cassava starch, water, pasteurized whole egg, minas cheese (12%) (pasteurized milk, salt, ferment, calcium chloride, and microbial enzymes), soybean oil, whole milk powder, Parmesan cheese (2%) (pasteurized milk, salt, ferment, calcium chloride, and microbial enzymes), heavy cream, salt, and whey powder.

CONTAINS: EGG, MILK, AND SOY.

Baking instructions

ELECTRIC/CONVENTIONAL OVEN
DIRECTLY FROM THE FREEZER TO THE OVEN
1 – Preheat the oven for about 10 minutes at 200°C.
2 – Place the frozen product on a baking sheet.
3 – Bake the product for approximately 5 minutes.

Tips

– Do not use a microwave oven.
– Preparation times depend on the oven used.
– Remove only the amount of product needed.

Storage

Keep frozen. To ensure product quality, keep frozen at -18 °C / 0 °F or colder. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Frozen product.
