Made with a generous amount of aged cheese, tapioca starch, and simple ingredients, our Pão de Queijo is certified gluten-free and contains no added sugar. It’s a quick and convenient option—perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients:
Tapioca starch, water, egg, minas semisoft part-skim cheese (cultured part-skim milk, salt, calcium chloride, enzymes and natamycin (added to retard mold growth)), soybean oil, dry whole milk, salt, whey and sour cream.

Baking instructions:
STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER TO OVEN OR AIR FRYER
ELETRIC OVEN / CONVENTIONAL OVEN
Preheat oven for 15 minutes to 356°F;
Place the Cheese Rolls 1 inch apart on a baking pan;
Bake the Cheese Rolls for approximately 30 minutes;
- Remove from the oven when the Cheese Rolls are golden.
AIR FRYER
Preheat Air Fryer for 3 minutes to 320°F;
Place the Cheese Rolls 1 inch apart on the Air Fryer ;
Bake the Cheese Rolls for 12 minutes to 320°F ;
- Remove the Cheese Rolls from Air Fryer and serve immediately.
TIPS
Do not use microwave;
Do not bake in a cold oven, in deregulated oven and in a very hot oven;
There are differences between baking the cheese roll on ovens and on Air Fryer, therefore, adjust preparation method to your device;
- To assure the quality of our products, the packaging that returns to the freezer must be well sealed.
