One day we asked ourselves: what if cheese bread came pre-baked, ready to be finished in just minutes—without losing any of its flavor or the texture everyone loves? It worked!

Our pre-baked Pão de Queijo is practical, quick, and just as irresistible as the traditional one. Simply heat and enjoy.

Ingredientes

Modified cassava starch, water, pasteurized liquid egg, cheese (15%) (pasteurized milk, salt, lactic ferments, and lactic coagulant), sunflower oil, whole milk powder, butter, and salt.

ALLERGENS: CONTAINS EGG AND MILK. GLUTEN-FREE.

Baking instructions

CONDITIONS OF USE/PREPARATION:

Forno de Minas Cheese Bread goes straight from the freezer to the oven or electric fryer, without thawing. 

ELECTRIC OVEN/CONVENTIONAL OVEN 

1. Preheat the oven for about 15 minutes at 350°F. 
2. Distribute the cheese breads in the oven, leaving a 1.2-inch space between them. 
3. Bake for approximately 35 minutes. 
4. Remove from the oven when the cheese breads are golden brown. 

AIR FRYER 

1. Preheat the Air Fryer for 5 minutes at 160°C. 
2. Distribute the frozen cheese breads in the Air Fryer basket, leaving a 3 cm space between them. 
3. Set the Air Fryer to 160°C for 14 minutes.
4. Shake the basket once or twice during cooking to ensure even browning.
5. Remove the cheese breads from the Air Fryer when they are golden brown or to your liking. Serve immediately.

Storage

FROZEN PRODUCT
Store at a temperature of -18°C. Best before: Once thawing has begun, do not refreeze.
