Made with a generous amount of aged cheese, tapioca starch, and simple ingredients, our Pão de Queijo is certified gluten-free and contains no added sugar. It’s a quick and convenient option—perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
Modified starch (from cassava), matured cheese (19%) (pasteurized whole milk, lactic cultures, salt, calcium chloride, and rennet), water, egg, starch, vegetable oil (from soy), whole milk powder, cream, salt, and milk solids (whey powder).
Contains: EGGS, MILK AND MILK DERIVATIVES, AND SOY.
Baking instructions
ELECTRIC OVEN
1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F for about 15 minutes.
2. Arrange the cheese breads on a greased baking sheet, leaving a 3 cm space between them.
3. Place in the oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven when the cheese breads are golden brown.
AIR FRYER
1. Preheat the Air Fryer for 3 minutes at 160°C.
2. Distribute the frozen cheese breads in the Air Fryer basket, leaving a 3 cm space between them.
3. Set the temperature to 160°C and the timer for approximately 14 minutes.
4. Shake the basket once or twice during cooking for more even browning.
5. Remove the cheese breads from the basket when they are golden brown or to your liking. Serve immediately.
Tips
Do not use microwave;
Do not bake in a cold oven, in deregulated oven and in a very hot oven;
There are differences between baking the cheese roll on ovens and on Air Fryer, therefore, adjust preparation method to your device;
- To assure the quality of our products, the packaging that returns to the freezer must be well sealed.
Conservation
IMPORTANT:
MUST BE KEPT FROZEN AT – 18°C/0°F OR COLDER TO MAINTAIN SAFETY.
ONCE THAWED DO NOT REFREEZE.
